Certainly, all the guesswork would be taken out of the equation and real results will be seen soon after. At the same time, people don't have to spend crazy amounts of money to go to the gym. Instead, they can invest some of those savings into equipment they will own for a lifetime and be able to use whatever they want.
Also, people can save time as they exercise while watching TV. There is no more need to travel back and forth from a gym, as it is in the same home. Moreover, consumers will actually see the benefits of combining the two activities, making it easy to develop good habits, replacing the bad ones. Then, one won't feel so guilty when snacking after the fact.
